About Mee
I’m Aimee Royer, a professional coach and former mental health counselor with a deep commitment to personal and relational growth. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have completed advanced training in Rational Emotive Behavior Coaching (REBC) and Ontological Coaching through the Newfield Network. I also integrate evidence-based tools and strategies from the Gottman Method to support emotional connection and effective communication.
After several years working in mental health, I opened my independent coaching and consulting practice in 2021. Since then, I’ve partnered with individuals and pairs—whether in personal, familial, or professional relationships—to navigate life transitions, emotional patterns, and communication challenges. My integrative, evidence-based approach supports sustainable growth rooted in clarity, emotional awareness, and self-leadership.
My work blends cognitive, behavioral, and somatic strategies with a focus on resilience, mindset, and identity shifts. I also design structured tools and pathways that make personal and relational development more accessible and engaging, combining guided practices with space for reflection and curiosity.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your self-trust, strengthen a key relationship, or create meaningful change, I offer a warm, affirming, and grounded space to help you move forward with confidence.
